As part of our commitment to reducing embodied carbon in our products, Sloanebuilt has partnered with Capral Aluminium
to source locally extruded lower-carbon aluminium for our trailer builds.Capral’s LocAl® Green aluminium — certified to the
ASI Performance Standard V3 and Chain of Custody (CoC) V2 — produces just eight kilograms of carbon emissions per
kilogram of aluminium, substantially below the global average for primary aluminium. By integrating this material into our
builds, we have become the first trailer manufacturer in Australia to transition to locally supplied lower-carbon aluminium.
This strategic move reduces our carbon footprint while maintaining the performance standards and build quality we are known
for.This partnership reflects our belief that sustainability and manufacturing excellence must go hand in hand — setting a new
benchmark for responsible trailer manufacturing in Australia.
