The Plasma Cutter

Our revolutionary Plasma Cutter transforms our production process, delivering quicker build times and lower costs. This cutting-edge technology enables faster cut times, precise workmanship, and near-perfect, micro-burr-free cutting results, ensuring our customers receive their products quickly, at a lower cost, and with a more refined finish that outlasts competitors. The plasma cutter handles mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium up to 10,000mm long, 2,500mm wide, and 50mm thick. This capability allows for precise cuts and the ability to complete more work in less time, often by cutting multiple items in a single run. The versatility of our plasma cutter extends beyond producing parts for custom trailers. It also facilitates post-cutting processes, including bending, drilling, wash grinding, stress relieving, and bevelling. The Water Jet

Sloanebuilt's water jet cutter is a game-changer in precision cutting, capable of handling a wide range of metals including hardened steel, aluminium, titanium, and other materials that are often too difficult or incompatible to cut using traditional tools. This advanced machine ensures smooth edges with no cracking or excess burrs, making the materials safer to work with and reducing waste significantly. The result is a far superior finished product compared to alternative cutting methods. One of the standout features of our water jet cutter is its ability to operate without generating heat.
