INTERVIEW AND ASSESSMENT
Once the application passes our internal review, our team will call to schedule an interview.
You will meet with a Sloanebuilt HR representative and may be asked to complete a department-specific assessment to demonstrate your technical skills and communication abilities.
FINAL DECISION
Successful candidates will be contacted by our team and you will receive an official offer to join Sloanebuilt.
This will also include all the details of your role and key information about Sloanebuilt that will help you become more familiar prior to starting your new role.
SLOANEBUILT ONBOARDING
Prior to your start date, our HR Team will be in frequent communication with you.
On your first day, you'll receive a warm welcome from your new team and receive guidance from your team leader to help you seamlessly integrate into our operations and gain a clear understanding of your role.
