Henty goes ahead every year, rain, hail or shine, and unfortunately for 2016 it was preceded by weeks of heavy rain! But, the show went on almost as though nothing had happened – except gumboot sales went through the roof!
The wet weather did not dampen the mood of the crowds though, with thousands of visitors making the trip to Henty to again show why it is important to be there as a member of the business community supporting the primary producers of the state.
Ben and Bennett attended with a commodity spec tri-axle TOA trailer that showcased our innovative aluminium suspension hangars, saving on tare weight to maximise payload. This generated excellent interest from the wider transport and farming community and many excellent discussions were had.
We look forward to another excellent HMFD in 2017!
