Adding to our line up of superior machines that aid us producing first-class products is our in house Waterjet Cutter.
Our waterjet cutter is able to get through a range of metals including hardened steel, aluminium, titanium, and a number of other materials that are often too difficult or incompatible to cut with using other tools or equipment. Working with the waterjet cutter provides a smooth edge with no cracking and no excess burrs making it safer to work with but also reduces the amount of wasted materials as opposed to alternative cutting methods and a far superior finished product.
Due to the make up of the waterjet cutting machine, the machine does not generate heat providing a safe workspace and also does not alter the finished product with heat or burn marks even when cutting the smallest and most intricate designs.
Much like our plasma cutting machine, our waterjet cutter allows us to offer our services to a wide variety of different industries for a number of different purposes including military, aerospace, farming and mining for equipment and vehicle finishes or parts. |
