Thinking outside the square

"The new trailer is something different, that's for sure. By working with Sloanebuilt and explaining our requirements, we have taken delivery of a unit that really does tick all theboxes. It can stay on the same prime mover for any job we do and it has the right volume for coal and the right deck height".

As part of the build specification discussed with Steven Jut, Sloanebuilt was able to expand the width of the trailer by affixing the side panels to the outer edges of the trailer frame pillars rather than running inside corner posts. This provides an additional 200mm of internal width and the internal body panels are flared out where they attach to the corner posts in order to promote more efficient material dischage when tipping.
